A happy, healthy, well rewarded and listened-to team is about more than a warm glow and a ticked box. Our team’s our greatest asset, so we invest in it.
Wellbeing
Between 2020 and 2021, feedback said the team’s happiness rose by 0% to 8.5/10. It’s good but we’re not stopping there.
Gender
We’re working to close a gender pay gap we’ve discovered which shows a 0% disparity in mean earnings.
Diversity and inclusion
We want to prioritise this; 0% of the team are people of colour.
Profit share
In 2021, a total of £5k was shared equally by the ten-person team; this was 1.8% of total salary costs.
Training
We invested £4,600 (237 recorded hours, in all) in training, another figure we want to see rise.
Volunteering days
Only one day recorded in 2021. This needs to change, we have a plan in place to see a greater uptake next year.
Work/Life balance
Was up from 4.7 to 7.0/10. Much better but we still need to push this.
Valued & recognised
We saw a positive increase from 5.8 to 7.9/10. in being valued. Recognition saw an even bigger rise from 4.4 to 7.5/10.
