Our clients know what we’re all about and embrace it. It’s not just that our whole design process is planet-centred, it’s that we’re always at the forefront of change, continually refining and redefining sustainable design.
Client satisfaction
Our first year of recording project feedback gave us an average of just over eight out of ten. Good work but we need to keep this up.
Geographical breakdown
This year saw us working less internationally (down from 25% to 13%). However, that meant both our local (up from 35% to 37.5%) and national (up from 42% to 49.5%) increased.
Client sector breakdown
We continue to have a good split across sectors. 48.53% of our clients were from the corporate sector. This was down from 79% the previous year. The biggest change saw our work in the Charity/Foundation/NGO sector go from 13% last year to 39.20% this year making a direct positive impact.

Top clients
Our top five clients includes a charity (Barnardo’s), space (Spaceport Cornwall), coalition (Capitals coalition), fintech (Datasite) and drinks company and fellow B Corp (Bruichladdich).
Next year
We will continue to balance our client revenues to ensure we operate a resilient model (no more than 30% of our revenue is from one client).
We will continue to add value by ensuring we measure our impact with the projects we deliver but also support our clients through challenging times.
We will continue to deliver B leading as part of our service offering to clients to inspire more organisations to become a B Corp.
We will report on how many of our clients have net zero commitments as part of our climate positive plan.
